How to Use This Program

 

Barbell Shred is an easy-to-follow, yet challenging program that requires maximum commitment for maximum results. The program is comprised of three main components: strength training, interval training, and moderate intensity conditioning with mobility.

 

Refer to the movement library for photos video demonstrations of all of the movements in this program.

 

Strength Training (3 days per week)



The strength training component of is program is designed specifically to to build lean pure strength and muscle.

 

Interval Training  (2 days per week)



The interval training workouts are short and intense and very effective for fat loss. These are programmed 2 days per week for 5-20 minutes per session. 

 

Rest, Recovery, and Moderate Intensity Conditioning (2 days per week)
