You can start this Challenge in any one of the three phases.  You can also go through each phase and create a longer challenge. The base level commitment for this program is 40 Days.

Fitness: workouts, walking, sports, competition, and activity
Mobility:  move everyday, mobility, stretching, freedom, and natural movement
Lifestyle:  turn off, tune out, connect with family, community, and nature
