"I wanted to take a minute to check in. I finished up the women's kettle bell a couple weeks ago. This was my first real experience using them, and I really enjoyed it. Since finishing I have been working some of the workout segments into my strength routines. All of the workouts in the program challenged me in different ways and I loved the new things I learned. I think I worked some areas I didn't know I had! smile emoticon Thanks for letting me be a part of this!"

"It's been almost two weeks since I finished my kettlebell program. I can't stay away from them - not only am I incorporating moves into my current workout, I have done a few of the workouts themselves. I made such great gains through the program, including a lot of balance, well-developed legs, abs, and arms. It would be a shame not to continue with exercises. Thanks so much!"
