By now, you probably have your gym schedule down. What about your nutrition, though? Without careful attention to that major aspect of the Size or Shred program, do not expect to see the results you came for. Kalli has written an article just for this week called How to Get Your Nutrition on Track. Read it, understand it, live it.

The notes on each movement have not changed this week (as you probably expected, since you already knew the movements remain the same for each four-week phase), but John did ask me to add a few of his self-myofascial release (SMR) technique videos, so they are scattered throughout the week. Try the techniques and let us know what you think.

 

Speaking of notes - they aren't there to fill space. They are essential to getting the most out of this program. Scratch that. They are essential to the program. Read them, understand them, ask questions if you aren't crystal clear on the intention behind or execution of any part of any workout session.
